- coordinate EMEA PE Sites and align local PE controllers and PjCs - guide financial reporting process for PE in EMEA - ensure reporting of transparent financial and operational data to support PE target achievement - control financial framework and target achievement for PE in EMEA - support PE director when it comes to financial reporting - develop reporting process and systems to improve reporting efficiency and quality
