Defined the strategy framework and processes for delivering key performance indicators to measure effectiveness of online marketing campaigns at the subsidiary level, and provided overall analysis and optimization guidance.

Responsible for creating, driving and executing worldwide online marketing and content strategies for the Microsoft Partners website. Managed team that included online marketing managers, managing editor and senior editors, and numerous vendors for web design, marketing, editorial and project management. Managed multiple redesigns of the website, including setting strategy, direction and execution, and driving partner research, focus groups, and usability testing.

Managed and produced new projects and functionality for this e-commerce website that allowed consumer to compare and purchase cellular service packages in the top 50 U.S. markets. Also created customer feedback department, trained staff, and established policies and procedures for interacting with customers online. Developed and staffed copyediting department, and provided editorial oversight of website content.

Managed the editorial strategy, design, workflow and planning for monthly and biweekly publications that covered the $45 billion electrical manufacturing and wholesaling industry.
