At the Global Parenting Initiative (GPI), a collaboration between the University of Oxford and the University of Cape Town, I developed and executed high-impact communication strategies that drove organisational success. I led a team of four, managing GPI's social media, achieving 30% follower growth and a 5% monthly engagement rate, coordinating international events reaching 1,200 participants across 100 countries, and executing email marketing campaigns with 80-90% open rates and over 20% click rates.

The Global Parenting Initiative (GPI), a collaboration between the University of Oxford and the University of Cape Town, works to develop and implement parenting programmes for low-resource settings to prevent violence against children. I worked on social media strategies that led to a 50% monthly increase in reach and created a bimonthly internal newsletter that saw strong open and click rates. I also contributed to implementing a cloud storage solution and trained over 120 team members on its use.

At Parenting for Lifelong Health (PLH) at the University of Cape Town, a global initiative focused on promoting evidence-based parenting programmes to reduce violence against children, I managed social media accounts, increasing followers and brand awareness. I also developed data analysis systems for international research teams and optimised project management processes to support the implementation of these programmes worldwide.

In this position, I supported complex, multi-stage projects, handling budgeting, data collection, and analysis for Parenting for Lifelong Health, a large-scale research initiative with over 500 participants.
