As Associate Director of E2E Supply Chain Management, I currently guide a dedicated team of Engineers in developing IT systems tailored for the unique demands of delivering personalized cancer treatments, including comprehensive tracking from needle to needle.

As the Associate Director of System Architecture within the Digital Solutions Quality department, my role encompassed leading a dedicated team of architects. Our collective aim was to enhance the realm of quality control, quality assurance, and streamline clinical laboratory processes.

Initially joined BioNTech's LIMS Engineering and Development Team, focusing on establishing gxp-compliant application processes alongside the team lead. Quickly recognized for my contributions, I soon advanced to acting team lead during a colleague's parental leave.

As part of a 4-person Medical Information Systems team, I managed end-to-end software projects for the Bavarian Blood Donation Serviceoverseeing the full lifecycle of 30+ critical applications essential for processing 7,500 blood products daily. Responsibilities included 2nd level support, change management, validation management, software development, testing, master data management, and project leadership.

The automation support team was responsible to maintain and develop MES systems used for the production of Herceptin at 4 facilities in Penzberg. Due to all facilities having slightly different MES systems in place, there was a need to establish an unified frontend for the qualified person.

Created a custom software solution for the multiunit-recording for the labs electrophysiology setup using Matlab.

Perl programming. Creation of a script to calculate the flexibility of individual molecules in the domains of all known protein structures.

During this education, I shifted between business school (Werner-Von-Siemens Schule) and practical work at different companies at the Industriepark Höchst in Frankfurt, including Provadis, Infraserv and DadeBehring Marburg GmbH. Due to my great performance, I was able to finish the education in 2.5 years instead of 3.

I completed my study of Biology with a focus on computational biology (neurobiology and bioinformatics) as well as behavioral physiology and ecology. Diploma thesis: Pattern recognition in brain waves of honey bees with Matlab
