- GxP Training Administration: Ensure GxP training compliance with QA and managers. Maintain up-to-date training programs in eQMS, manage training matrix and generate dashboards via Power BI to track progress and ensure timely completion. - Onboarding & Development: Organize onboarding events and serve as the primary contact for new employees. Lead projects focused on development and integration of new employees - Process Improvement: Optimize internal processes, enhancing the department’s training concept.

- Training Management: Ensure GxP training compliance with QA, develop training plans for new hires, coordinate annual plans, and manage employee training needs. Organize job-specific training and SOP-based groups. - Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration. - Vendor Coordination: Manage orders with purchasing and external partners, ensuring audit compliance. - Operational Support: Provide support via ServiceNow for issue resolution and process tracking.

- Controlling operational procedures and support in operational plannings; - Ordering and purchasing management and commercial processing; - Coordination on quality management according ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and products certification according ATEX und IECEx, leading execution in audits; - Participate in making important plannings and strategy decisions, working with directors to determine values and Missions; - Communication and correspondence; administrative management incl. monthly accounting.

- Consulting in investment, market entrance and personnel sourcing; - Support in company establishment in automotive, handcraft and other industries; - Sino-German Cooperation: identify suitable suppliers or producers or partners, support in contractual negotiations, communication and correspondence; - Headhunting for German corporations to find Chinese local manager, application screening, arrange interviews, support in finalizing contacts with clients and candidates etc.;

- Translation of projects documents in Chinese, German and English; - Support in projects: e.g. research, contact with customers, coordination of schedule and documents; - Preparing for applications and interviews of candidates for our German client companies; - Phone or email correspondence with internals and externals;

- Production of Media-books in the area of Knowledge Transfer and Education; - Creation of simulations, PDFs and Flipbooks; - Publication of Media-productions on different SAP platforms - Creation of print files for training programs

- administration and organization of the Goethe Language Center - support the leader for recruiting assignment - arrangement of classrooms and procurement of materials - translation by activities and for organization articles
