Data Analyst for the Customer Success and Support Operations Team at UserTesting. Responsible for reporting on business metrics within the team, as well as creating reporting solutions for teams across the entire company.

As Business Intelligence Analyst, I create in-depth live data-feed based dashboards for all teams across the company, with a primary focus on the marketing team and its metrics, using a variety of SQL-based visualization tools (Periscope Data, Looker, Redash) from the data in our Redshift data warehouse. I provide data-driven insights and guidance that inform marketing strategy, persona development, buyer & customer journeys, and areas in need of improvement.

I assist small companies, start-ups with building web analytics, internal analytics programs for their platforms/products. I've designed, created, and deployed internal dashboarding systems using cutting-edge tools for companies including Seller Labs, HorrorPack, and other local businesses. I use email, social media, and Google Ads campaigns to build data-driven marketing strategies for direct marketing campaigns, along with platforms like R, Python, and SQL to wrangle the data into digestible formats.

As a producer at Mowgli, I've been acquiring new content from independent musicians and labels, preparing the content for use in our current application, MashupDJ (www.mashupdj.com), and any future games in development, and helping steer our UX/UI using data-driven in-app analytics.

Graduate studies in Biochemistry at the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center in glycan-generated antibody epitope characterization using mass spectroscopy and other detection methodologies.
