-Responsible for IT infrastructure throughout the group: corporate email and directory services/OS, WAN/VPN/VSAT, firewall, antivirus/anti-intrusion detection. -Managed deployment projects involving staff and external resources worldwide. Opened new offices. Audited and improved IT infrastructure at sites, recruited and trained technical IT personnel.

Managed a team of technicians supporting custom business applications and technical infrastructure at client sites in the Suisse Romande, Italy and France.
