I was mainly in charge of ensuring a high quality service during the welcome process for our guests as well as keeping the hotel on its four star quality standards and dealing with our guests' wishes.

I was mainly in charge of reporting comments to the management, doing currency exchange and taking care of the daily cash balance, preparing and executing check-in and check-out, billing, controlling passports and supplementing details as well as checking Visas.

In the private five-star hotel Panorama Resort & Spa Feusisberg, Switzerland I was mainly in charge of checking in- and out our sophisticated guests as well as selling the house made products and vouchers. Dealing with our guests' wishes, issues and concerns was as important as the cash point handling.

In the private four-star hotel Moehringers Schwarzwaldhotel, South Black Forest , Germany I discovered my enthusiasm for the general care and hospitality services and acquired the comprehensive technical grounding in all departments of a hotel, e.g. housekeeping as well as in the kitchen, at the buffet, the bar, in the restaurant and mainly at the reception and in the management.
