As the Finance Project lead I am overall responsible for leading the business readiness activities for a Global project with current scope impacting countries in the EEMEA region. The Global project is a combination of an SAP worldwide implementation Program, standardization and centralization based on global blueprint with an impact in all areas within the business.

As the Director, International Payroll and Benefits Administration I was responsible for establishing and leading the implementation of a comprehensive international Payroll and Benefits Administration strategy. I was part of the HR Operations Leadership Team and collaborating with country HR and Finance leaders, Centers of Excellence, and related governing bodies in HR and Finance to ensure successful realization of HR/HRSS solutions that effectively meet our business needs.

SBS Market Lead leads, supervises a the local SBS team (10-15 FTE) that are responsible for the business support and operations for all the Switzerland based entities and sites including Exports business EEMEA. Operations includes local SBS transactional activities for the PtP and the OtC process, like Order Management, Customer Support, and issue resolution for internal and external clients, Audit.

As the SBS Readiness Lead Source to Settle EMEA I was leading and supervise a group of SBS SME’s to support the realization of a Global SAP program from the SBS division including the Regional Center in Dublin. I was overall responsible and a key point of contact for the following activities: Change & Communication, Training, Data, Cutover/Hyper care and Solution Delivery.

As the EEM Manager EMEA I was responsible for daily expense reporting operations, staff supervision and to ensure that the EEM organization is constantly searching for means of making it a ‘best in class’ environment. I continuously searched out for better ways of conducting business, examines existing business processes and was responsible to initiate projects. Also interacts with external groups to improve business partner relationships.

Reporting into the Finance Director as the Manager Payroll and Pensions I was responsible for leading the Payroll Team and improving the overall end-to-end process. Overall responsibility was General Payroll and accounting activities, Pension administration and Employee support, Expats and Income tax for all sites located in the Netherlands.
