As a product lead I'm responsible for the overall product strategy in E2E claims management. I'm driving the vision and execution of the product group to ensure it aligns with business goals and customer needs.

As a product manager I am responsible for ideation, validation, development, team ramp-up and market launch of an AI based software for fully automated claims management. I also lead projects to craft new AI modules to enhance the automation. Currently I'm responsible for data driven prioritization of product roadmap to scale and improve the product.

As a product manager at SMS digital I supported the management during the organizational and technical ramp-up. Later I was also responsible for the coaching of new product people and working students. Based on design thinking techniques and an agile software development I led the development and international roll-out of a SaaS product.
