Led warehouse operations with full personnel & budget responsibility, managing a Regional Distribution Center supplying 11 European market organizations. Partnered closely with Sales, CS, Materials Management, and Transportation to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain performance. Successfully initiated & delivered a comprehensive Business Process Reengineering (BPR) project, including: -Site reconstruction -Implementation of SAP S/4HANA -Deployment of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM)
