Working together with two colleagues in a small team, where I took over the project manager role besides being the main developer. I created a whole application from scratch including decisions of architecture, CI/CD and further deployment methods Further responsibilities are cross-team communication regarding requirements, planning and executing sprints.

Primarily responsible for the frontent-development of the Carmada Cloud service within a RoR-Environment. I create features based on the customer requirement starting from the graphical design, including current UI/UX approaches, with the customers experience always in mind, up to the front- and backend implementation. I always think one step further to create a modern, useful and stable product.

In the past I implemented features on both client (AS3, Flash) and server (Java) side and one time simultaneously. In march 2016 I took over additional tasks from our former team lead, like interdepartmental communication, feedback talks, improving workflows, organizing workshops for colleagues and I got involved into the hiring process. During 2016 I joined an internal workshop where I got coached by an experienced colleague in leadership topics.
