Work as a lecturer responsible on five subjects: • construction machinery. • internal combustion engines. • maintain & diagnostic & repair construction machinery. • conducting experiments on fluid machinery. • conducting to maintain & repair construction machinery.

Set up & manage recommended SST, service tools, equipment's and others technical facilities • Set up the SOP guideline for technicians (PM, PDI, AC and others technical related SOP) • Develop and prepare Technical training subject, modules and materials • Prepare and conduct technical training: new model technical training, N-STEP Training • On-site technical training support at dealers • Manage and provide Technician skill matrix & Certification

• Edit lectures and conduct new employees to maintain and repair automobile. • Support technical and supply all branches with documents and all workshops of ASC Company. (DTCs, new models, repairing steps, technical bulletins, disassemble and reassemble procedures…) • Develop automobile technical software to support to maintain and repair automobile (Mitchell OD5, Alldata, Autodata, TIS, IDS...)
