Title: Analysis of the impact of Integrated snubbers on power modules. As a master thesis student, I am working with development, simulation & characterization of power modules with integrated snubbers, suitable for low and medium power applications . These power module developed are not just for protection of switching devices but they also prove to be benefiting the semiconductor devices by reducing the overall switching losses during hard switching conditions.

As a intern at Infineon, I was responsible for characterization of fast switching TRENCHSTOP 5 IGBTs and CoolMOS C6 in combination with fast switching Si and SiC diodes. Thereafter, I have investigated the impact of parasitics on the performace of power modules by performing practical measurements and simulations
