In addition to the responsibilities from my previous role, I am now also leading a team of engineers and external suppliers, both locally and remotely, with the following responsibilities: - Local and Overseas Vehicle Function Validation - Regional Charging and Body Electronics function development and testing - Regional Infotainment & Connectivity function testing - Global SW Testing Committee team lead - Fleet management for the EE department

Management of: • Vehicle SW releases (70+ ECUs) • Over-The-Air (OTA) updates • SW quality, testing and safety For all current (Lotus Eletre, Emeya) and future EV projects.

I joined the European office of GWM in its start-up phase, setting the pace for defining the datalogging tools, test-cases and issue resolution process. • Expert Project Manager responsible for the EU localization of all the powertrain system activities • Defined and executed all durability and functional testing, for the ORA Funky Cat, Wey Coffee 01 and 02. • Budget and supplier management for the execution for a total managed budget of over 2M.

Responsible for the delivery of future powertrain programmes (including ICE, BEV, PHEV, MHEV derivatives) through multi-disciplinary interactions with other commodity teams (body, chassis, electrical and vehicle engineering) and centres of competence (marketing, finance, purchasing, programmes etc...), ultimately allowing full integration of the new powertrain content into the vehicle programme within the cost, time and quality targets.

• Technical investigation, resolution and prevent recurrence of systemic powertrain issues in the EU Market. • Engineering support to the EU market, especially during vehicle launches and when new technologies are involved (i.e. hybrid and electric vehicles) • Data collection from vehicles to initiate or support active engineering investigation in the market. • Data analysis to aid issue resolution and improve design for future models.

• Responsible for the integration of the 3-cylinder petrol engine PCM calibration at system level. • Technical PCM calibration support for other departments (engine and vehicle build, transmission development, stability control systems etc…). • Timely resolution of PCM calibration issues to meet release deadlines. • Management of the prototype vehicle fleet to support the testing needs of the wider team.

• Responsible for the delivery of the calibration of multiple functions of the airpath system for the 2.0 Ingenium petrol engine • Test-bed engine test planning and delivery. • In-vehicle calibration. • Writing of AES/BES documentation for all JLR petrol engines.

- University courses in: Hybrid technologies, Calibration and emissions, project planning and control. - Work experience in (months): engine research (3), Performance, Economy and Drivability (4), Public Relations (4), Special Vehicle Operation (9), Plant Vehicle Team (1), Engine Calibration (5). - Main achievement was the project lead of the power upgrade for the Defender “Autobiography” while in SVO. I led two suppliers to deliver the improved power output for this celebratory product.
