Working with Mincas with the client of Lenovo Answering the support telephone line and responding to incoming request • Providing guidance to authorized service center for Lenovo laptop and desktop hardware trouble shooting. • Overall Average C-SAT (Customer satisfaction) 95% as per weekly rating provided by customer. • Managing the team with the 10 member strength and improve the C-SAT of Team and provide the KT.
