As a dedicated Master's Thesis Student, I am currently engaged in groundbreaking research focused on validating a method for measuring fresh concrete pressure on formwork using sensor solutions. My role involves conducting comprehensive experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating closely with industry experts to advance our understanding of concrete pressure dynamics during construction.

As part of my responsibilities, I oversee the entire cost management process for projects, from beginning to end. This involves conducting cost analyses for different construction projects and using Microsoft Excel to estimate quantities based on the provided drawings. Additionally, I create bills of quantities in conjunction with contract and tender documents. I assess bid values, engage in negotiations, and produce essential documents like procurement and subcontractor agreements.

With a solid background as a Quantity Surveyor in building construction, I excel in cost estimation, budget control, and contract administration. I am skilled in accurate quantity take-offs, sourcing suppliers, and implementing cost control measures. My analytical abilities and proficiency in quantity surveying software allow me to provide valuable insights on cost variations, risk assessment, and value engineering.

The "International Building Project Management" specialization provides knowledge and tools to effectively structure and manage complex projects. This can be useful for individuals working as self-employed entrepreneurs, for international consulting companies, or as project leaders in architecture or engineering design firms.

I have experience in civil engineering, specifically in designing and constructing various infrastructure such as airports, highways, buildings, railroads, bridges, and dams. I am well-versed in project management, quality control, contract negotiation, and financial management for construction projects.
