• Representative from GLTi to conduct meetings with users across the globe. • Provide a root cause analysis report to the senior management. • Responsible for making small enhancements in application codebase and shell scripts in Control-m batch. • To interact with upstream and downstream systems in case of file delays or data quality issues. • Responsible for implementing the change requests from GLT.
