To provide and generate proper types of contract for works, to conserve, deliver and archive signed contract copies and to manage the after signature stage and subjects/disputes arising at this stage of contracts in line with the Company’s strategies and interests

To constitute a contract management information flow system, archive, protect and distrubute documents in order to pursue and prevent any problems; to observe contractual approaches of project parties and inform Project Manager and Group Manager about progress from beginning of the contract and to establish Employer and Engineer responsibilities in work schedule. Maintain a tracking system for these responsibilities and constitute necessary correspondences with other parties.

Preparation, submission and tracking of the monthly progress payment reports and monthly financial status reports to the client; preparation and monitoring of the general budget for the entire project (Both sales and costs) and reports related to the financial status of the project; and control of subcontractors monthly progress payment reports and also assisting to Contracts Manager.
