MNG Kargo is one of the leading cargo companies in Turkey delivering consignments to 700.000 addresses per day with worldclass service standards -Monitor and support operational KPI to improve operational processes -Coordinate and visit the branches to evaluate the operational effectiveness of branch responsibility and service areas -Organize meetings for detection and solution of the problems -Ensure staff and vehicle efficiency -Support the cargo express, logistics and transportation projects by the field

-Manage and support the cargo express, logistics, GIS and last mile projects -Control and monitor operational KPI to improve operational processes -Develop, review, and evaluate the operational effectiveness of branch responsibility and service areas -Optimize the location and # of branches by using data analysis tools and developing metrics i.e. heat maps, dashboards, GIS-based methods -Manage and develop the current geographic information system – maps of branch, maps of courier, hinterlands and service

-Implement and maintain quality management system -Identify & implement continuous improvement efforts to drive efficiencies -Conduct evaluations of operational, compliance, and operational controls across the enterprise, noting observations&deficiencies -Develop, review, and evaluate the operational effectiveness of internal controls -Plan and execute Internal Audits at multiple locations -Write, review and issue audit reports -Perform ad hoc projects at the direction of audit reports and risk assessments.
