Actually I am working in FCA as Model Planner for Ducato Promaster. Previously I have worked in Powertrain Diesel area, as PMO for Chief Engineer and Assistant CE. Analysis of documentation, processes and methods in order to obtain a standardization for all the ACE team. Before, as Project Manager in FCA, I was in charge to attend and organize in order to manage all delivery dates by regular meetings and assure regular development of the project of professional vehicles like Ducato.

Negotiations management between the end customer and the company. Business strategies development in order to achieve the business objectives in terms of sales and customer satisfaction. Market analysis in order to define strategies and actions to remedy the situation. Order management and processing, Category Management, business promotions and product positioning in terms of price.

Evaluation of tests and defects related to BMW’s Entry-Nav project at Magneti Marelli. Continuous interfacing with stakeholders and other business units to get the correct and suitable solutions.

AllergyMonitor ITS Project : Database development, time and milestones managing with Gantt charts of applications development. Stakeholders management in order to achieve the goal of the project in the right time with the maximum product quality.

I have managed, with my supervisor, the Communication and Multimedia Project for all NTV trains. I have handled the Gantt Project, by looking at the delivery dates and organizing regular meetings with suppliers. Product analysis in term of cost and quality. This project had many stakeholders so I had to manage them to assure communication and collaboration during the project life. I also managed the internal communication by, writing a weekly report regarding the status of the project, to my supervisor.
