Managed a spend of 1.2M€ for spare and service parts category and realized a 10% reduction in holding cost. Launched RFP/RFQ to supplier panel for designated projects. Led the Supplier’s selection process through AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) methodology and onboarding them into the ERP Database server. Developed interactive KPI dashboards that tracked supplier performance, process efficiency and process bottlenecks.

Managed sub-contracting strategy for electrical panel assembly for a sheet metal project (2.9M€ Spend Managed) and realized 0.2M€ saving. Ensured target alignment during the entire project life cycle. Executed a pilot project successfully where, we supplied electrical drivers to our sub supplier for ensuring continuous production by which project deadlines are met during uncertainties and realized ≈ 0.1M€ savings on an average for a medium range projects.
