As CTO, Ulrike leads the technology strategy while working closely with product management, engineering and marketing to align product and technology into a comprehensive offering for the retail industry. NewStore is the only mobile retail platform that promotes conversion, boosts engagement, unifies offline and online and modernizes fulfillment. It works with in conjunction with other existing ecommerce platforms to deliver a mobile-first retail experience designed around how consumers want to buy today.

As co-founder and Chief Software Architect, Ulrike led a team of architects and technologists, which created and designed Demandware's leading SaaS commerce platform. In addition to many other features, she was instrumental for Demandware API strategy, seamless upgrade and the innovate customization concepts. Demandware, the category-defining leader of enterprise cloud commerce solutions, empowers the world’s leading retailers to continuously innovate in our complex, consumer-driven world.

As Chief Software Architect, Ulrike was responsible for the concept, design and technology of Intershop’s enterprise offering from its inception, to the initial roll-out and multiple follow-on releases. Intershop Communications AG is a leading independent provider of ecommerce solutions. Intershop offers high-performance packaged software for internet sales, complemented by all necessary services.
