- RF planning and optimization on DMR & TETRA, GSM and LTE, radio coverage & capacity dimensioning - Working on sub-systems such as MicroWave, MPLS, PABX, FDS, PID and UPS. - Identify customer requirements, define and implement technical project plans, manage milestones - Specify, design, develop, test and deploy turnkey automated testing solutions using the team’s engineering methodology -RF system design: link & power budgets, noise figure and intermodulation analysis, implementation loss.

- Checking and modifying related parameters for GSM and LTE - Performance monitoring, KPI based periodic E2E optimization with LTE, WCDMA and GSM - New feature testing, deployment, monitoring and reporting - Performing root-cause analysis of RF issues and troubleshooting worst cells - RF planning and optimization, radio coverage & capacity dimensioning - Handling customer complaints and determining strategies for solution

- Participation on technical site surveys - Support the site survey report and material order process - Checking detailed design drawings - Follow up and check the contractors’ on site installation work - Quality and quantity checking of the contractors’ on site installation work - Check the subcontractors material and service budgets - Push the site acceptance and related documentation checks - Checking site specific telecom documentation
