Responsibilities include running the operations business at TVSMILES GmbH (with direct report to the COO), including the following departments: Ad-operations , Customer Care, Content & Office Management • Leading a team of 18 employees • Implementation and optimization of processes in the above departments • Collaboration with such departments as finance, accouting, HR, sales, IT and product • Data analysis in regards to user retention & acquisition, revenue, new business etc.
