Responsible for execution and delivery of HR and ergonomic projects; Project management (programming, budget, administration resources, risks, changes and opportunities of business).

- Support the Sector in delivering the HR strategy in line with the overall company strategy which adds value and supports the delivery of the business agenda. - Work closely with executive management making and recommending appropriate decisions in consistent with strategic direction. - Maintain a high level of presence and support to employees, update of HR policies, procedures and program when necessary in accordance with international and local requirements.

- Responsible for execution and delivery of ergonomic projects and safety training programs. - Performs project management activities (scheduling, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource management activities). - Executes continuous improvement plan.

-Administers industrial safety, ergonomic and environmental programs. - Supervision of facility-related systems to maintain operation and minimize safety costs. - Training plans through a Qualification Needs and accomplishment of legal (STPS), corporate (FPS, SHARP), and international (ISO 9000, ISO 14000) on training matter. - Coordinate and facilitate staffing, recruitment, training and development programs.
