Designed Li-ion battery systems (1–5 kW) using NMC and LFP chemistries with full BMS integration, including cell balancing, overvoltage, and thermal protection. Developed complete electrical architecture for a Kick Scooter (500 W hub motor), including a removable battery system; Conducted fault diagnosis and root-cause analysis on EV prototypes, resolving HV/LV electrical issues in line with IEEE/IEC standards.

Took part in a couple of student competitions, like SAE Baja, and secured AIR 16 in the electric category. Also, we represented India at the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge for two consecutive years. Developed 2 inter-campus electric e-bikes and retrofitted an electric car with a lead-acid battery.
