Division Chief for the Applied Technology and Genomics Center (ATGC). Implemented and maintained a medical research portfolio with a $1M-$2M annual budget for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), bioinformatics, and testing of commercial products in support of human performance and force health protection goals.

Program Director for the General Preventive Medicine residency program at the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine. Achieved ACGME re-accreditation of program after relocation from San Antonio, TX to Dayton, OH within two months with no deficiencies cited by site visitor.

Chief of the Medical Staff and Deputy Group Commander. Responsible for the oversight of the only military medical treatment facility in the Greater Los Angeles area. Supervised clinic operations for primary care, laboratory, radiology, preventive medicine, and mental health. Also responsible for credentialing and privileging of all facility health care providers.

General Preventive Medicine/Public Health residency. Served as Chief Resident of a fully accredited program from 2008-2009. Teaching Fellow. Taught public health ethics to MPH students in 2008 and 2009.

Staff Pathologist in the Soft Tissue branch. Provided expert pathological consultation to both military and civilian contributors worldwide.

Medical Director of the, then, largest independent reference laboratory in Texas. Led 150 employees in service of a 14 hospital system (East Texas Medical Center) and over 2,500 physician clients.

Chief of Clinical Pathology at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. Oversaw blood bank, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and special chemistry sections. Performed autopsies and general surgical pathology.

Graduated with 4.0 average. Attended as part of the General Preventive Medicine/Public Health residency program from 2007-2009. Teaching Fellow. Taught public health ethics to MPH students and maintain an interest in public health ethics.

This unique program focused on the fundamentals of Hinduism, Buddhism, Daoism, and Shintoism. The health and healing practices of these religions (e.g. Ayurveda, meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reiki, etc.) were emphasized.
