Technical leader of the team and worked for Norton Bootable Recovery Tool and Norton Power Eraser applications. Designed the Linux based solution by Norton Bootable Recovery Tool and developed from the scratch. This Linux based solution involved in investigating the suitable Linux based live OS and other development components for the NBRT scanner. This has been successfully released to production.

Worked for Norton Power Eraser application. Developed with security feature to identify the potentially unwanted apps and started working independently under very minimal supervision and gave successful releases to the production.

Designed and implemented reputation based scan client for Norton Security Scan. Integrated the Norton custom Windows installer for Norton Security Scan which helps to install the product very faster.

Worked on Partner SDK for various OEM and ISP partners like HP, Sony and etc and other partner specific tools to interact with the Norton security products. Norton Security Status SDK is a component of Norton Security Products. It exposes APIs to partner applications like OEM and ISP tools to retrieve the various statuses of Norton Security Product installed on the user’s machine also it allows to run various scans from the same.

Worked on HP’s enterprise data archiving products InfoLife and Reference Information Manager (RIM) for RISS. As part of InfoLife worked on the Windows file system archiving client, which I developed during my internship and developed the search component for the archived documents which runs as a server component. As part of the RIM for Exchange worked on the Mail box archiving, journal mining components and outlook client plugin and gave product training for the team.

Worked for enterprise data archiving product Digital InfoLife and developed the prototype for Windows file system archiving client. Developed a user friendly and transparent client using various Windows Explorer shell extensions like context menu handler, Icon overlay handler, Property Sheet handler and Column handler.
