Worked on a team to research and write feasibility report for investors regarding status of light industrial space for rent in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Created an in-depth @risk model to analyze the viability for 100,000 sq. ft. of light industrial space in Jackson Hole with estimated development costs of $10-12 M based on DCF and NPV.

Helped raise funds for the organization by creating lists of contacts, wrote invitation for targeted organizations, and setting up course for 5k walk/run. Analyzed and wrote report on Wyoming warming shelters for 12 counties. Inventory data entry: entered end of month information regarding food pantry usage. Stocked and organized food pantry.
