- Handling of escalations and complicated cases/tasks - compromised accounts and funds recovery, high-risk pay-outs, prevention of bonus abusing schemes. - Assisting anti-fraud analysts' inquries and escalations. - Assisting Antifraud team leaders and Quality assurance's team's tasks. - Providing on the job training for new joiners.

- Reviewing of daily transaction flow and identifying fraud patterns and inconsistencies. - Reporting fraud to merchants in order to minimize loss and bad debt. - Replying to end customers' inquries. - Assisting different departments with day-to-day tasks and inquiries to Anti-fraud department. - Correspondence with external debt collectors and external providers. - Charge back handling.

- Preparing documentations for public auctions. - Project lead for truck superstructures. - Point of contact for suppliers from USA, Canada and Germany and end customers from Bulgaria.

- Leading German Casino Support team and providing assistance to Italian and English Support teams. - Reviewing daily conversion results of team members. Providing management with current statuses, data and implying strategies for results improvement. - Quality assurance of team's KPIs - conversion, live chat and emails. - Assisting with daily tasks and escalations.

- Assisting customers with their inquiries via live chat and email. - Improving conversion by assisting customers with different payment methods accepted. - Reviewing wihdrawals if they comply with T&Cs.
