The Red Hat Open Innovation Labs service helps customers rapidly develop and integrate applications using microservices, deploy them in containers and deliver them using DevOps methodologies across physical, cloud and mobile environments that can quickly scale up or down on-demand. With Red Hat, customers can innovate with speed, agility, scalability and increased security.

The Technology Lab (aka Techlab) is part of the approach used to answer the Innovator's Dilemma at Atos. It is a medium for putting the creativity of all employees at work, uncovering new business ideas, promoting intrapreneurship and continuous learning in a fast-changing world.

Collaborated with Product Owners and Head of R&D on refining and prioritizing the roadmap. Full ownership of key clients' development plans. New use cases and new features introduction, large scale roll-outs, engagement management, analytics. Responsible for Quality, Security & Special Projects.

Served as Chief Inspirer for the Community Leaders and Managers, turning them in transformational force for key changes in a 100.000 knowledge workers company. I lead different Social Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing initiatives & programs, responsible for the Community Leadership Excellence within the Atos Group and building Knowledge Networks. Leading new employees integration at Atos within the Wellbeing@Work program.

Leading a team responsible for a project portfolio of specialized projects in the area of Governance, Home Affairs, Public Finance and Justice. It involved rethinking of the business & operations model and implementing process redesign & improvements.

Exciting project for the integration of the two companies (SPE & Luminus) with focus on Finance, Controlling and Management Reporting processes. Involved business architecture update, rethinking of management reporting and decision support.

An ambitious international Business Transformation Program, making use of SAP technology combined with business architecture design (incl. business process re-engineering and improvement with Lean Six Sigma) spanning over 16 EMEA countries. I have managed the Finance and Controlling team of the European Shared Services.
