I'm responsible for the management, administration, configuration and support of ETG’s Salesforce.com system. It is used across most of ETG’s 28 countries with the main deployments in UK, Germany, Switzerland and France. In my role I'm part technical project and solutions manager, part power-administrator and part evangeliser.
