Responsible for the Defect Metrology part of the Development of new generation FLASH and DRAM products, working with process integration and unit process groups within various technology nodes and types of memory products as Module and Overall Defect Density Leader.

In this role, I was responsible for managing the entire Infineon customer site (200 mm and 300 mm Fabs) and RDC ( Research and Development center), supporting sales and performing pre/post sales activities. I was also acting as Customers and OEM interface.

In this role, I was mainly responsible for full technical coverage of new product penetration for strategic customers in sales organization. My main tasks were to create a support infrastructure and knowledge base for product serviceability, training and documentation in compliance to customer needs. Managed dedicated FSE’s and Application engineers worldwide in Service organization (team of 6 people).

In this role, I was mainly responsible for the organization and management of technical shift teams (3-8 people) providing maintenance for Photolithography tools (Track systems).
