Performed FE model development and integration of cabin, closures, and sub-systems for crash simulations using ANSA. • Executed shell meshing for trims, doors, cabin body, and electric truck components. • Created connections (welds, rigid bodies, beams, joints) and defined contact interfaces for accurate crash behavior. • Assigned materials, boundary conditions, and resolved penetrations/intersections for simulation readiness.
