Provide a wide range of focused support and service tasks through: - Educating new customers to ultimately use Apple's devices and services - Offering a complete solution to customer's issues - The main goal is to gain customer’s satisfaction from bringing resolution and insight to each customer, elevating and developing a strong and positive relationship between Apple and customers.

Main Duties • Monitor bookings and payments • Plan and delegate tasks to regular staffs and part-timers on daily basic • Working with booking sites (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda) to solve any problems related to guests • Pricing and inventory management • Do check-in, check-out and answer inquiries from guests • Assess and record regular staff and part-timers’ performances on daily basic.

Main Duties • Supporting salesmen in answering customer’s inquiries or problems related to transportation services, ocean freight, surcharges, etc… via phone and email. • Managing customer portfolio, service contracts • For import shipments, liaising with overseas salesmen to keep updated about the shipment status and assisted to solve any issues that occurred at the Vietnam end.
