I was managing the daily lab business and technically supporting our scientists - regulatory/ legal affairs (chemical/hazardous waste disposal, animal licenses, Safety representative, first responder) - lab maintainance (order lab supplies, chemicals, prepare solutions) - communicate regulations/meetings to laboratory staff - prepare shipments (according to IATA guidelines) - maintaining mouse colonies - technical support for research scientists

- Application of test compounds in rodent xenograft models (p.o, s.c, i.v and i.p) - Generating Xenografts by subcutaneous implantation of solid human tumors in immunosuppressed mice - Performing all studies according to company SOPs - Documentation and interpretation results

Investigating the pharmacodynamic effect of a rodent anti-CD20 antibody in mice - s.c and i.v injections of substances - Blood sampling via tail bleeding - Necropsy (inguinal, axial lymph nodes, spleen) - Cardiac puncture - Immuncell isolation from tissue - FACS (LSR Fortessa, 3 lasers)
