My role is to engage, consult and grow clients and their business. I lead the team of developers, architects, designers, system administrators and QA, while at the same time I organize and optimize managed support team organization, structure and processes.

Founded a new media agency for wide range multimedia services. Set up the company structure and organization in all aspects. Lead the team of developers and manage projects.

My role was to manage and lead the team of electrical engineers, programmers, designers, marketers and administrators in order to produce a new product line prototypes, developed on the new technology, along with the application that controls it, build marketing material for promotion and presentation, while at the same time working on standardization and Intellectual property protection within a big innovative "Internet of things" project.

In the role of Operations Manager I was driving the entire company and reported to board of shareholders. My duties where: Supervising finances, sales and marketing; Leading HR and Management; Organizing development; Managing important projects. Negotiating with partners, clients and subcontractors.

During the time I was in a role of Project Manager, I was leading multiple projects for Western Europe and US market. New management systems, procedures and online tools were implemented at this time.

As a Lead developer, was responsible for developing and driving a group of developers within the company. Was working with all major web programming languages (PHP, SQL, Java Script, Action Script, HTML, CSS). Introduced and conducted a new work process that cut down project development time. Developed a custom CMS system for the company that was used for majority of websites.
