• Support and enable the APAC IT Portfolio, Products and Programs in line with APAC and Global strategies, business priorities and financial targets. • Define, deploy and run Portfolio Management processes and procedures throughout the life cycle of APAC IT Products. • Support and engage Product Managers in meeting Business objectives, OKRs, Customer needs, KPIs and financial targets. • Financial planning & control of the APAC IT Budget, CapEx & OpEx (+20M USD)

• Support Australia & NZ businesses, delivering IT services and products that best fit local and global strategy. • Responsible for the IT ANZ budget (+5M USD). • Coach and lead the ANZ IT team of ~25 people: IT Business Partners, Developers, Operations & Infrastructure. • Support more than 500 users, +2000 Dealer users, 3 manufacturing plants (Iveco, K-line & Horwood Bagshaw), warehouses & workshops and 25 Tuckline retail stores (sell-out in 2020) critical operations in a several billion-dollar business.

• Responsible to implement the IT governance processes in cooperation with business functions, central & local IT in the APAC region. Management of a PMO team of 5 people. o Demand Management: according to corporate strategy, local business needs and available resources prioritize and periodically update the IT projects portfolio and roadmap of the APAC Region. o Budget management: coordinate the IT Country Managers and the Functional Heads in the budget forecasts (~20M USD OpEx & ~8M USD CapEx).

Responsible for the methodology and client’s satisfaction of all PMOs managed by Steelmood. PMO Manager on several programs and projects,

- PMO Manager at the Products & Services Department of Vodafone Spain - Definition and implementation of a Platform Certification Program for Vodafone Global (Germany).

• Definition and implementation of 3G Services Certification Programs for 3G Iberian mobile operators. • Mobile based services strategy definitions for the finance and mobile telecommunication industries. • Response to RFPs for several European mobile operators. • Launch of the Portuguese subsidiary of Teleca.

•Strategic assessment to the IT Steering Committee of Seguros e Pensões, the insurance business unit of Banco Comercial Portugues Group. Program management of several IT integration projects following M&A. •Due diligence regarding information systems at French insurance company GAN, undertaken for Eureko. • Consolidation of several data centres from the former Portuguese financial group, Grupo Champalimaud. •Assessment and definition of IT strategies for banks, insurance companies and mobile operators
