Hands-on supervision of day-to-day activities, code architecture. Human resources and budget management, as well as local sales of a small CRM application sold mainly in the SaaS model.

Worked on several projects, either alone or as part of small and medium-sized teams (3 to 12). Had some interesting challenges while trying to solve complexity issues in scaling commission calculations algorithms for some relatively large MLM companies.

Web development using PHP and Perl.
