Built sales operation function for CastleGate's customers in EU/UK, hired and trained a team of high skilled individuals managing sales operation, customer contracting and onboarding. •Product Planning – NVH target setting, benchmarking competitor vehicles for providing inputs for quality targets. •Concept stage development – Planning testing activities, component level target cascading. •NVH Vehicle Prototype Testing – Root cause investigation of NV problems raised during quality reviews, countermeasures investigation and validation. •Project Management - Driving adherence to project timelines through coordination with design teams.

•Testing – Developmental stage testing, part specification finalization •Competitor benchmarking – Data measurement, analysis, presentation of performance results to senior management. •VA/ VE - Performance analysis of alternative sourced components, providing recommendations for improvement. •Data analysis and reporting – Data analysis with respect to target, evaluation results discussion.
