Develop the credit risk management framework.Elaborate the policies at divisional level.Monitor portfolio performance to identify deviations from the KPIs. Evaluate causes and make proposals for improvements.Monitor and review portfolio quality, setting triggers and mitigating plans. Conduct regular reviews to improve process efficiency in approval, administration,collections.Propose improvements of policies and processes.Provide input on business initiatives and participate in the monthly review meeting.

Create and update the product risk manual.Define and implement detailed workflows and procedures related to initiation, collections, fraud, cards and PIN production and delivery, account maintenance.Conduct internal process review to identify improvements.Define business requirements for system developments.Reporting and portfolio analysis.Implement scorecard for decision making.Monitor KPIs related to approval rate, delinquency, losses.Assist the Risk Manager with explanations on the KPIs deviations.

Manage and overview the credit approval process.Create and update the credit approval policy and procedures.Analyze the portfolio quality and performance.Submit proposals to Credit Manager.Implement controls to ensure that all credit decisions are in line with the policy.Cooperate with the Marketing Department regarding the design, approval and launch of new products or promotions.Cooperate with the Business Development Department regarding the system implementation and UAT participation.
