Provided accounting and C-level reporting. • Developed, launched and managed special projects, including branded 8,500-km OL live car race with 50M+ reach, and targeted/contextual CPM/CPC campaigns.

• Launched a news outlet. Created strategy, branding, editorial policies and guidelines. Developed newsroom workflows and built social media presence. • Curated and hosted the world's first Telegram radio (on air daily, two-person team).

• Developed and prepared new agency lines of business for launch: analytics, educational, e-com- merce and franchise. • My efforts and proactive workflow optimization stopped the Social department's billing decline and brought it back to growth – and eventually, to a 1.5-2x increase from $400-500k to up to $1M.
