Moving Gainwell Technologies and MassHealth toward an Agile-based framework using Git, GitLab, and improved capability model.

Founder and Strategic Enterprise Architect for an enterprise, data architecture and content architecture system solutions firm. Provided process, governance, automation and data architecture solutions to commercial organizations and governments, foreign and domestic, implementing enterprise architecture efforts. Was responsible for many key deliverables using TOGAF and DODAF architectural frameworks for many customers, including all overviews, data and role catalogs, and core class diagrams.

• Developed, Led and Architected SOA architectures for over 30 Oracle/AmberPoint customers • Led teams of 2 – 35 over a period of 3.5 years • Architected and Developed the enterprise service management of Denmark’s Ministry of Taxation’s new SOA systems modernization project, one of the largest continuous SOA projects • Developed and architected the web services security management of Oracle/AmberPoint customers

Was the IBM Software Development Manager and Architect for the Value Web Capabilities Roadmap toolset for an instrumental government customer. The Value Web toolset was the key integration toolset for visualizing all of the government customer's enterprise architecture. Also led the design and development of the Value Web toolset, a semantic web visualization toolkit. It allowed an organization to decompose itself into a series of semantically linked, machine-readable hierarchies.

Was the Keane (now NTT Data) Project Manager, Project Technical Lead and Project Software Development Manager in support of a 10+ year government O&M Software Development & Systems Integration Program.

Was the Lead Software Engineer for BTG (Titan Systems, then L3 Communications) with two primary responsibilities: * Requirements gathering and systems design for the E2C airborne correlation system. * Developing an enterprise class tool called Tracker-a system that allowed multiple groups to track and share requirements through a Web-based user interface, built using Java Servlets, Open source technologies, and XML sitting on top of a database framework.

As president of own company, developed many different web-based systems using "J2EE"​-based technologies. Most notably played roles for many different organizations. * Developed five systems for the US Government using subsets of XML, Java, Cold Fusion, and Oracle. Customers included the Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency and the Defense Intelligence Agency.

As Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the daily operations of trading and investments for online securities firm. Acted as firm's liaison to various investment technology providers including Merrill Lynch, Standard & Poors, and Island ECN. Developed firm's securities trading platform, including margin account platform.

Provided operational intelligence support

Along with another colleague, developed the EUROWEB, also known as the Informational Knowledgebase for Europe, which allowed analysts in the field to get up-to-the-minute intelligence using Web-based technologies. It was a high-end document management system that allowed analysts to input analytical information into the system. This extremely secure system performed flawlessly over wireless encrypted modems and was 100 percent operational during the live run during the Summit of the 8.

Designed, developed and maintained the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office’s Home Page for Analytic Service’s computer services support contract. The JSF Vision is to be the model acquisition program for joint service and international cooperation and to develop and produce an affordable next generation Strike Fighter Weapon System and sustain it worldwide.

Founded and ran a computer hardware and software distribution business that supplied many customers throughout the Washington DC area and beyond. I piloted customer support and online sales through a website, that I developed to gain more market share. Major customers included the Internal Revenue Service, Martin Marietta, Turtle Beach and Mantech International.
