• Managing and maintaining of AD user accounts and computer accounts • Cleaning up the stale active directory user accounts and computer accounts • Creating and managing mailboxes for the end users in exchange server • Managing properties like Active sync, OWA etc. • Creating and configuring Resource mailboxes (shared, conference, equipment mailboxes)

Managed documentation including preparing Operations guide, Process information and reports • Maintaining and managing shared folder permissions on file servers • Creating profiles for users on Blackberry server • Working on Good servers for user profile configuration • Data centre management and maintenance

Used to handle end user desktop, software and application issues on daily basis • Used to image end user desktops and servers through SCCM and WDS • Used to monitor ticketing tool on timely basis
