• Identifying which success factors of Change Management are critical to meet the major challenges of a digital transformation and how they can be implemented • Helping organizations to achieve a positive culture of innovation, change and successful Digital Transformation • Being part of an agile change team which applies Scrum to work in a self-organized way

• Participation in global teams to harmonize procedures and processes across the network • GMP-compliant qualification of new equipment • Validation of processes according to FDA and GMP guidelines • Writing and reviewing of process-relevant documents and procedures • Training of new employees
