As Project Assistant for a gender-focused education initiative reaching over 4,000 girls and 10,000 secondary school students, I coordinated workshops with schools and local authorities, prepared monitoring reports, partner presentations, and donor documentation, and supported budget-tracking processes. I contributed to structured social media updates and website content highlighting project milestones, strengthening visibility, accountability, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project cycle.

As Junior Project Coordinator, I supported the implementation of a community-based education and skills development program by assisting in activity planning, beneficiary coordination, and monitoring processes. I contributed to drafting progress reports, preparing stakeholder briefings, and organizing outreach events. Additionally, I supported communication materials to promote project achievements, ensuring alignment between field activities, documentation, and institutional visibility.
