Consulting and support of managers and employees regarding all HR related matters; Internal and external recruitment; Providing advice and support for managers on individual HR measures; Responsible for approx. 600 employees of the following divisions: Special and Financial Risks (incl. Corporate Insurance Partners, Credit, Aviation, Marine) Corporate Underwriting, GEO Corporate Climate Center, Reinsurance Development, Group Audit, Group Compliance and the Munich Re Foundation;

Administration of recruiting process; Support with all employer related correspondence (from hiring to termination of contract); Administration of SAP; International correspondence e.g. for inpat/expat; Support with recruiting for international trainee program;

International HR Team, supporting the international Financial Services Team (Inpat & Expat) worldwide.

Support recruiting process, especially application management and interviews; management and control of talent development; collaboration in selection and contact with different providers for training and technical equipment; support with payroll processes, compensation and benefits and diversity management.

Main Responsibilities: • developing and analysing Early Career Programs (market, demand, integration, workforce planning and benchmark) • quality management and control of the online application tool • marketing activities, planning, organizing and evaluation of workshops and seminars etc.
