Designed a major event-driven capability that eliminated the need for dedicated Kafka infrastructure, replacing it with a no-code experience for non-technical users such as business analysts, reducing infrastructure costs and operational complexity for customers.

As the founding and sole Product Designer, I took a fintech banking platform from a blank canvas to a production-ready MVP in under 8 months, owning the experience from discovery and information architecture through UI and delivery.

Founded and led the entire design function for a digital duty-free retail platform spanning consumer apps, web, and in-airport hardware, taking the product from concept to commercial rollout across 10+ international airports and 5+ major retail partners.

Led product design across Oakam’s mobile and web lending products, designing customer journeys in accordance with FCA regulatory requirements across loan applications, account management, payments and repayments.

Led design for a sports social networking platform, taking features from problem definition through production.

Led end-to-end product design across a portfolio of iOS and Android consumer fitness applications, taking products from concept and UX definition through launch and iteration.
