Full lifecycle recruitment, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation and closing. Stakeholder Management and recruiting reporting. Project Management: Developing, implementing and monitoring on-site inclined rate strategies with the goal to increase the number of successful candidates in the last step of the process.

Youngest shift manager to lead one of the biggest teams in Europe. To do so I continuously need to earn the trust of the team and motivate them to be able to grow together. I have also achieved great performance results for my station in other projects causing my Key Performance Indicators to rise to the top in the MEU ranking. During my first months I achieved an all time record for highest processed Volume for the Station and ranking #1 station with highest dispatched shipments.

Intern in R&D for the Corporate Innovation and Technology department. During my internship I was focused on two projects, both specifically based in thermodynamics and heat transfer where I primarily designed prototypes and studied the stability of microparticles. I was given the opportunity to manage my own projects, where I strengthened my communication skills and organizational awareness.

Intern in Product Research for the SUD platform assessing new technologies impact on contrast through cleaning and care. I was in charge of leading a new initiative to further delight consumers. I learned not only to take ownership and perfect my leadership skills but also to analyze data and think strategically as well as critically.

I worked in the experimental part of my optogenetics project, communicating neurons via optogenetics tool in Pau Gorostiza's group: Nanoprobes and Nanoswitches
